What does one report include?
Everything SONAR checks: registry record, directors and owners, 8 sanctions lists and PEP for the company and each person found, ICIJ Offshore Leaks, regulatory registers and 10 years of adverse media, with a receipt for every source.
What if I need more than 8 reports a month but fewer than 30?
Top up your API balance from inside Pro. Extra full reports through /run cost €2 each, so the monthly cap never blocks a check.
Do unused reports roll over?
No. They reset on the first of each month. If you regularly leave four or more unused, a smaller plan is cheaper.
Annual or monthly?
Yearly billing gets you two months free (about 17% off). Switch from monthly to yearly any time in Settings.
Can I change plans any time?
Upgrades prorate immediately, you only pay the difference. Downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle. Cancel any time, no exit fee.
What's the difference between /run and /findings in the API?
/run returns the full KYB report with a verdict per check, the summary and risk flags, for €2 per call. /findings returns the structured findings only, without the written summary, for €0.40 per call.
Can I get an invoice instead of paying by card?
Yes. Open Settings, then Billing, and click "Request invoice". We send one within 24 hours; pay it and your subscription starts the same day.
